The National Federation of the Blind's Training Centers
The National Federation of the Blind has three training centers in the United States. These centers teach blind and visually impaired individuals the alternative techniques to blindness. At the centers not only will you learn the alternative techniques, but you will also learn how to become confident and independent blind people.
